Tool Realty Corp is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage established in 2007. Operating under the brand The Parapar Group, the firm represents homeowners, buyers and investors across Central and South Florida.
Over the years, our work has spanned residential sales, REO transactions and investment properties. That range has given us a practical understanding of how property is valued, marketed and negotiated across very different circumstances — and of how to adapt as Florida’s markets change.
We remain intentionally boutique. Rather than pursue volume, we focus on a smaller number of relationships and give each one direct, senior attention, delivered with discretion.
